Quality products, superior service and protection of our Staff, property and the environment are our first priorities in our company. As such Rig Bound Integrated QHSE System meets the ISO9001: 2015, ( Product Quality) 14001( Environmental Protection) and 45001( Health & Safety).

Safety Culture:

  • With our QHSE Management system we have developed a Safety Culture that has produced excellent safety records over the years
  • Our Management are also heavily involved in our safety performance and they continuously remind their teams to work safely, and always protect our property and the environment.
  • All members of our staff have roles and responsibilities when it comes to QHSE which results in proactive engagement from the entire team – this is how we create our safety culture.
  • All workers understand their right to “stop the job” at any time if they see something wrong.

Rig Bound embraces any technology that helps us to run the most cost effective, efficient CCU business that we can. These systems are upgraded as technology matures to levels that ensure we maintain our technological advantage.

Inspection Management

Different operators have different Inspection schedules as well as different regulations in different countries, so managing individual Inspection requirements can be challenging, but we at Rig bound have adopted the use of Tessalink which is the platform that tracks each type of inspection expiring 45 days ahead of schedule. This gives us enough time to plan with the client to have the inspection completed before certification expires. Tessalink allows us to:

  • Plan upcoming Inspections
  • Inspection Subcontractor with access to Tessalink database can produce updated certificates 1 hr ( if need be, but typically 24 hrs after) the inspection is completed
  • No Typos or incorrect data on the new certificates as the correct info is already in the database

Rig Bound Proprietary Lease Tracking System

Rig Bound has developed proprietary software which we use to track:

  • CCU Outbound/Inbound Dates
  • Client/Division
  • Requester
  • Transport Details/Cost
  • Client PO Status
  • Client Invoice Status
  • Full Reporting Compliment Breaking Down Client, Division, Usage, Unit Profile and Unit IDs

GPS Technology

Rig Bound has adopted use of global leader in Satellite technology “Global Star” GPS systems which is the GPS system we use to:

  • Find Location of any CCU
  • Reduce rental cost to clients by capturing idle CCU’s
  • Customize Groups of CCU specific to a client
  • Advanced Reporting which provides:
    1. CCU Location
    2. Activity report- Summary of daily positions of any ccu within a selected timeframe
    3. Geofence Dwell report- Days on hire for single ccu, group of CCU’s, CCU within a particular geofence
    4. Overall Report showing total qty of CCUs by type on hire 30/60/90 days+ at a glance with color codes
